The accused of the Bahraich incident, Sarfaraz, was injured in an encounter on Thursday. According to reports, another accused Talib has also been injured in the intense firing. Earlier on Sunday, communal violence broke out during a Durga Puja idol immersion procession in Bahraich, resulting in the death of a 22-year-old man.
