Turn your practice amp into a LESLIE cabinet for under $50. Part1 the Demo. .

Описание к видео Turn your practice amp into a LESLIE cabinet for under $50. Part1 the Demo. .

Here is a demo of the Rotating speaker cabinet that you can use with a small practice amp. It has a Standby mode "non rotating sound" and choral mode "slow speed 45 RPM" and Tremolo "high speed 340RPM". The speeds all slow change from one to another. To keep cost low the rotating drum is 3d printed as are the pullies and the motor mount. The motor is a standard stepper motor from the 3d printer and to drive the stepper motor I am using a TMC2208 silent stepper driver and a simple custom 555 timer circuit. A remote foot switch can be added to get full control remotely.
The cabinet runs on 12 volts DC, "9 to 15 volts rang", draws less than 300ma so you can run this on batteries if you are mobile.
