This video is about the two Copenhagen beer festivals I went to pre-covid. I went to the Mikkeller Baghaven Wild Ale Celebration at Refshaleøen in the ass end of nowhere to sample some of the finest sour beer the world has to offer. The Mikkeller wild ale festival was a one of my highlights of 2020.

I also went to Copenhagen Beer Festival in Valby Hallen to try more traditional beer and a lot more local stuff. Some the best Copenhagen craft beer all in one room and some foreign breweries as well.

Both festivals were great and I can't wait to visit again. Mikkeller had announced that the festival would be held again in 2021, but that was before the virus hit. As of now there is no word on a new date for the festival.
Copenhagen Beer Festival will be returning in August 2021 – if everything goes to plan.
