Alright what's going on guys! For this Episode we're coming into my 10th and final placement match for Season 8! This fight brings us to the Temple of Anubis, and I'm rocking Zenny boy.

This was such a great way to end the placement matches for Season 8. I felt so on fire with Zen throughout this whole fight. My teammates were doing a great job at defending the objective, and I was just cleaning house with Zenyatta. I made sure to keep my allies healthy, and was pegging the enemies from afar with my deadly orbs. Many times the enemy would try flank and get to the point, but I would stop them in their tracks. We were really doing well at the beginning. Unfortunately, the reds did manage to take the first objective with 1 minute left on the clock and immediately rushed the second point for the capture.

So all the good vibes from the start went down the drain when we began our offense. Still, we were down but not out. I had faith that we could still do this. So we came back with a vengeance, snagging the first point extremely quickly and then pushing hard on the enemy at the second point. Our vigor was rewarded, as we managed to take it all the way.

So this lead us into OT! Overtime matches are always so intense, and this was no different. We started on attack and we weren't playing games anymore, so we hit the enemy hard and managed to take both objectives yet again. It was a tough battle, but we persevered, taking nearly half the second objective.

Our defense needed to be on point to stop the enemy from going all the way, but we were in a good position. In the end, we did manage to stop the enemy dead, disallowing them any progress on the first point. It was a great match, and a great way to end placement matches.

So I finished up with a 6-4 record, getting placed at 2652. I'm happy with that! Now, this Episode is extra long because I accidentally joined a match immediately after my first. Literally for every placement match, my wait time was 3-6 minutes. They were long waits! Then I accidentally search for a match when I'm done playing and I immediately get pulled in.

So I won't go into the second match here. It wound up being a loss but it was a decently fun bout. It was either lose 50 SR for leaving, or 25ish for the loss. So I played it through. Feel free to watch it or not, no worries.
