XHDATA D-220: Incredible Indoor Shortwave Improvement Secret

Описание к видео XHDATA D-220: Incredible Indoor Shortwave Improvement Secret

Turn a $10-$15 radio into a strong shortwave radio performer?? In my last video I mentioned the struggle to get good indoor shortwave reception from the XHDATA D-220. With its small whip antenna, indoor shortwave works but nothing like being outdoors. Well, this method of using a wirewound resistor as some extra antenna wire at its end to help induce reception in the small whip does the trick! You can now use this shortwave indoors easily. You can easily use any simple external wire antenna with a cheap 9:1 unun or something like the Par EF-SWL in this video along with the wirewound resistor (can be found on Amazon or electronic parts stores) or just some looping wire - any good conductor on the antenna end. Try it out!
