Resep Es Merah Delima Khas Thailand (untuk 2 porsi)

Bahan:
3 buah nangka, kupas potong
30 gr kelapa muda
100 gr tepung tapioka
30 gr chestnuts kaleng, potong kotak kecil
10 tetes pewarna merah
Air untuk merebus
Es serut
Tepung tapioka

Bahan saus santan:
130 ml santan
Garam secukupnya
1 lembar daun pandan

Bahan sirup gula:
100 gr gula
250 ml air
2 lembar daun pandan

Langkah:
1. Rendam chestnuts dengan air dan pewarna merah, diamkan selama 15 menit lalu tiriskan
2. Masukkan tepung tapioka, aduk rata kemudian rebus hingga matang, dinginkan
3. Untuk sirup gula, panaskan wajan, masukkan gula, air, dan daun pandan, masak hingga gula larut, dinginkan
4. Untuk saus santan, panaskan wajan, masukkan santan, garam, dan daun pandan, aduk rata
5. Siapkan gelas, masukkan nangka, chestnuts, kelapa muda, es serut, sirup gula dan saus santan
6. Es merah delima khas Thailand siap disajikan

Thailand Es Merah Delima Recipe (yield 2 servings)

Ingredients:
3 pc jackfruit, peel and slice
30 g coconut
100 g tapioca flour
30 g canned water chestnuts, slice into small cubes
10 drop red food coloring
Water to boil
Shaved ice
Tapioca flour

Coconut Cream ingredients:
130 ml coconut milk
Salt, to taste
1 pc pandan leaf

Sugar Syrup ingredients:
100 g sugar
250 ml water
2 pc pandan leaf

Steps:
1. Soak the chestnuts with water and red food coloring for 15 minutes, then drain.
2. Add the tapioca flour in. Mix evenly and boil until cooked. Let cool.
3. For the Sugar Syrup, heat the pan and add sugar, water, and pandan leaves. Cook until the sugar is dissolved. Let cool.
4. For the Coconut Cream, heat the pan and add coconut milk, salt, and pandan leaf. Mix well.
5. Prepare a glass. Add the jackfruit, chestnuts, coconut, shaved ice, sugar syrup, and coconut cream in.
6. Thai Es Merah Delima is ready to serve.
