Doctrine ALCHEMY Explained - Conqueror's Blade Gameplay

So we are back with some more Conqueror's Blade on the PTR server as we dive into Conqueror's Blades new Alchemy system! It is actually changing the whole doctrine system really quite dramatically and so I wanted to take the time to briefly explain how it all works and give a few opinions on some of the pros and cons of the system :-)
