GOOD NEWS For Those In Removal. Get Your Case Terminated.

In this video, I discuss a new memo issued on April 3, 2022 by the Department of Homeland Security that outlines the prosecutorial discretion powers that ICE attorneys have to settle removal cases. ICE must determine whether a case is considered "priority" or "non priority." Cases that are non priority may be terminated (which the memo says is the preferred option by ICE).
