We filmed this episode of "Teta's Kitchen" before those attacks, and it serves as a lens into the state of Palestinian life under a 14-year siege. Join chef Fadi Kattan as he meets Imm Jayab virtually and talks with her about her life and lets him in on some kitchen secrets.

"Teta's Kitchen" is a series exploring the cultural aspects of Palestinian life and the ways that systemic oppression and apartheid affect community. We meet grandmothers from across the region and cook a meal with them.
