Machining a Custom Mounting Bracket

The local Air Power Services was in need of a custom aluminum bracket machined to be used on a new compressor equipment install and they needed it done quickly. No one else in town was willing get on it right away, so I did and had fun machining it too. I used Fusion for the simple CAD program and my ‪@MilltronicsUSAInc‬ TRM3016 toolroom mill to knock out the machining. The cnc sure made simple and fast work of that large radius.
