Parkland trial fireworks: Nikolas Cruz lawyers demand mistrial | LiveNOW from FOX

Attorneys for Nikolas Cruz, who faces a possible death sentence for killing 17 people at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, demanded the judge grant a mistrial in the case for not ruling on a motion regarding allowing swastika evidence in the trial. The attorneys argued that by failing to rule on the motion the defense could not properly prepare for the penalty phase. The judge denied the motion.
