The goal of the discussion is to examine the issue of sustainable urban development. We aim to define a set of aspects that effectively influence the green transformation of cities in practice. To understand this issue, we want to consider the relationships cities have built with nature throughout history, leading us to reflect on the contemporary significance of nature for cities and cities for nature. Together, we will explore methods and challenges, as well as ways to measure the effectiveness of implemented pro-ecological solutions. What can we do together to guard against the phenomenon of greenwashing — the deceptive practice of making something appear more environmentally friendly than it truly is?
