Pm-West takes on Belmont Charter Tigers out of Philadelphia for their second non-conference game. It was a misty rainy night that turned into a thunderstorm with lightning. Before the lightning showed its ugly face, the Panthers and Tigers played a little over a half of football before the game was suspended due to lightning then eventually the Belmont Tigers forfeited leaving the Panthers with a 9-0 victory.
