Perched atop a 700-foot-tall cliff on the south side of the Columbia River Gorge, stands a testament to Oregon’s pioneering spirit and architectural ingenuity.
The Vista House, which is called the Crown Jewel of the Columbia Gorge, was built in 1918 and draws hundreds of thousands of visitors each year to soak in the stunning 360 views.
