Luo Feng returns to Qian Hua planet, a key Luo family base, to conduct the 4th round of his highest points mission: judging 20 of his own descendants who committed heinous crimes. Addressing the nearly 100,000 assembled clansmen, Luo Feng demonstrates his ruthless resolve, sentencing 13 descendants to death, including Luo Fuxin, who was guilty of killing over 10,000 innocent people. He executes the criminals personally, using a golden blade light, creating a heart-wrenching scene meant to shock and awe the family and enforce strict rules.
The mission also required Luo Feng to judge his own father, Luo Hong Guo, who was involved in a virtual game guild incident. Luo Feng immediately declared his father "not guilty", refusing to even capture or interrogate him.
This decision cost him politically: the Virtual Universe Company judged this round as only 70% complete, criticizing Luo Feng for being too biased and unable to distinguish between "work and personal matters". Luo Feng dismissed this, arguing that based on Chinese culture, "Filial piety is the most important of all virtues". His teacher, True Yan, later supported his stance, calling the rigid VUC management "idiots" who seek "chess pieces".
Before departing, Luo Feng secured his family’s safety by giving Xu Xin powerful restricted weapons, including an E9 grade laser gun (capable of killing a Sector Lord level 9) and an Automaton ship (comparable to an Undying’s attack). Luo Feng then left Earth for Primal Chaos City to train for at least 1,000 years until he reaches the Sector Lord pinnacle
