➝ MATERIALS YOU NEED FOR THE DIY
Method #1 - DIY Gold Accent Geode crystal
- McCormick Alum powder 1.9 oz - Amazon or Safeway - http://bit.ly/AlumPowder
- 3/4 cup of boiled water
- DecoColor Premium Gold Pen - Walmart or use gold leaf
- 1 wide cup
- pencil or pen
- string
- pipe cleaner or christmas wreath - craft store

Method #2 - DIY Crystal Rock
1 bag of Crystalized Alum
2 cups of water

Alum powder, found in the spice section of many grocery stores, may be used in pickling recipes as a preservative to maintain fruit and vegetable crispness.
