All procedures are explained within the spreadsheet.
1/ record a single sprint time-speed data with an accurate/valid GPS system 2/ export time-speed data (from speed = 0.2 m/s to the top speed plateau)
3/ copy-paste into the first 2 columns
4/ run the excel solver to fit the exponential model

⚠️ if the fitting is not correct and/or the outputs do not make sense, it is due to the inaccuracy of your GPS system and/or to the sprint effort itself that was not performed maximally⚠️
