Performance & Productivity Dashboard 📈

I’m thrilled to unveil my latest project using Power BI, which leverages DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to provide comprehensive insights into performance and productivity. This dashboard is designed to help you track and analyze data with advanced analytical features.

🔍 Dashboard Highlights:

EffYTD (Efficiency Year-to-Date):
Line Chart with Markers:
STG46 & STG2123 on one chart: This line chart with markers displays the monthly performance of these systems, highlighting key data points for better visualization.
GTG1~9 on one chart: Another line chart exclusively shows the monthly performance of this group of systems.
AvaYTD (Availability Year-to-Date):
Clustered Column Chart: This chart illustrates the monthly availability data, providing a clear comparison of the different periods.
YTDF (Year-to-Date Figures):
Clustered Column Chart: Similar to the AvaYTD, this chart displays year-to-date figures in a clustered column format, making it easy to compare monthly data.
Individual System Charts:
STG4~6: A dedicated chart for STG4~6, showcasing their monthly performance.
STG21~23: A separate chart for STG21~23, highlighting their monthly data.
GTG1~9: A specific chart for GTG1~9, presenting their monthly performance metrics.
MGR (Managerial Overview):
Card Visuals:
(1) GTG Total Power Capacity: Displays the total capacity of all GTG systems.
(2) STG Total Power Capacity: Shows the total capacity of all STG systems.
(3) GTG Total Power Generation: Indicates the total power generation of all GTG systems.
(4) STG Total Power Generation: Reflects the total power generation of all STG systems.

Measure Calculation: A card visual displaying the result of the following Custom DAX Measure: Created to calculate and display (1+2)-(3+4) in a card visual, providing a dynamic and real-time analysis of data.This measure provides a quick overview of the net capacity versus generation.
This dashboard utilizes DAX to perform complex calculations and deliver actionable insights. It’s designed to support data-driven decisions with clarity and precision.
