🥒 COOL AS A CUCUMBER SALAD 🥒

The cucumber salad has gone viral this summer! Here’s mine, inspired by my friend and hot summer in Tuscany. It will keep you cool (and healthy) even on the hottest summer days.

INGREDIENTS (quantity ratio to personal taste):
• Cucumbers, thinly sliced (scoop out seeds if needed)
• Watermelon, flesh cut into 1/2-inch cubes
• Cantaloupe melon, flesh cut into 1/2-inch cubes
• Red onion, thinly sliced
• Fresh mint, torn into pieces
• Feta cheese, cut into small dice
*Use my technique in the video to collect melon juices and use to make the dressing.
