With a voice similiar in tone to Sam Cooke, Billy Keene, recorded on a variety of labels throughout the 1960's but didn't achieve any notable chart success. Losers Win Sometime was released on the Dottie label in 1969 and then leased to the larger Shreveport, LA based, Ronn label for wider distribution in 1970. It's a shame because this is a nice southern country soul style ballad.
