An Italian Tries Tennessee BBQ

We're on a mission to try BBQ from all the states in the South. Even though Alessio is Italian, he LOVES BBQ and has become quite good at spotting good from bad. Our experience with Louisiana BBQ left us needing something more, so we turned to Jessi's home state of Tennessee to see if they make the best BBQ in the country.
