When you are first hired as a federal government employee, you are placed on a 12 month probationary period. One of most common questions during this time is, "what can cause me to get fired during this period?". Most people make it through the probationary period with no issues but I spoke with a lady recently who was fired 6 months into her probationary period. In this video, I discuss her story.
