Pencilspotting #14 - Bostitch Twist n Sharp sharpener

On today's episode of Pencilspotting, we're testing out the Bostitch Twist-N-Sharp pencil sharpener. I like the idea a lot, and it usually works pretty well, but it has some design flaws that make it less than ideal.

I do wish I could remember to keep things in frame, though. I've done my best to clean that up a little bit. I think I did a great job of confusing my camera, though, because it was having trouble keeping things in focus.

If you've tried this pencil sharpener, did you like it? It does a great job, but the storage capacity for shavings is definitely limited.

I searched, Bostitch confirmed that the lead in colored pencils is wax- or oil-based, along with pigment and bonding agents. You can read more here:
