You are planning your next dinner and still look for the perfect way to decorate your desserts? In this video we will show you four different techniques to set the perfect scene for your dessert.

0:10: Arranging macarons or other small pastries
Use a cookie cutter in different sizes chocolate or red sauce from berries to create some stamps on the plate
Arrange your macarons or pastries on top and finish of with some mint leaves
0:35: Ideas to arrange curds or ice cream
Put some chocolate sauce in a line on the plate and then let the sauce run down in one direction
Place the curd or ice cream on in and top it with some cookies and orange zest
0:54: Plate decoration with powdered sugar
Place a fork and a spoon on a plate and carefully spread the powdered sugar over it
Then place your dessert next to it
1:12: Arranging fruits with coloured fruit powder
Cover part of the plate with a paper towel
Then carefully sift a powder (e.g. from red fruits) over the plater
Remove the paper towel and decorate the plate with fruits
