Paneer Pepper Fry Recipe:

Paneer (thick strips/batons) - 400 gms
Oil - 3 tbsp + For Deep Frying
Rice Flour - 1 tbsp
Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
Maida - 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
Green Chilli (slit) - 2 nos
Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs
Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1 ½ tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Lemon (juice) - 1 tbsp
Water - ½ Cup
Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) - 2 tbsp

Cooking Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine the rice flour, maida, cornflour, salt, black pepper powder with ¼ cup of water to make a thick paste, and then add and coat the paneer.

2. Shallow fry the paneer until golden brown. Strain and set them aside.

3. In a pan, heat some oil and add green chillies and curry leaves.

4. Add the paneer followed by the red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and black pepper powder.

5. Toss well to coat, sprinkle some water, if needed.

6. Finish with lemon juice and coriander leaves.
