No, this is not fungus. The white spots are caused by constant and prolonged nail polish wear and the nail separation (onycholysis) is due to micro trauma.

These kind of pedicures take me about 1h 15 min and I charge 45€ (21% tax included)

About chronic onycholysis: Many of my clients experience it and they have had it for a while so it's very difficult to correct it unless they are willing to:
have the lifted part of the nail trimmed every 2 weeks
change the shoes so the toes are not squished (the cause of this kind of onycholysis is improper shoes!)
go without polish for 12-18 months
Cutting the nails out once without changing the above will not correct the issue.
I have to say I LOVE LOVE LOVE the exfoliation disks. I use them with my e-file set to reverse and about 20-25K RPM.
I used 100 grit first and then I finished with a diamond disc.
