His new multi-level approach to evaluation is a method that ranges from knowledge building, through task competence to effective performance. Join him as he examines how to evaluate learning programmes. This session will explore some new, deep thinking about the links – and lack of them – between designing learning content or experiences and the eventual impact on workplace performance.
