Rachel Reeves, the UK’s first female chancellor, is in the Commons presenting her first budget.

Before she began her budget speech, the deputy speaker took the chair and gave Labour a rap on the knuckles for leaking the key measures.

Those that have already been revealed include raising more revenue from businesses, a tweak to the government’s fiscal rules to give her headroom to borrow more, and an increase in the minimum wage.
