A second part of a long video of when Britain's railways went to privatised in 1994 and 1997 as track and infrasture passed to railtrack in 1994, and later, passenger services were franchised in 25 blocks to private-sector operators. Freight services were sold outright. This video the theme of the late 1990s between the 2000s decade and 2010s decade.
