Prime Minister Narendra Modi sounded a “red alert” for “lal topiwale” in poll-bound Uttar Pradesh. Speaking in Uttar Pradesh, PM Modi, in a clear jibe at Samajwadi Party, said “lal topiwale” are a red alert for the state. PM said, “lal topiwale (red caps) are only after red light beacons and personal gains.” PM was speaking at the inauguration of AIIMS fertilizer factor in UP’s Gorakhkpur.
