The important component of a rhinoplasty is to create facial balance. Drs. Lieberman and Parikh do not create cute, button noses for all of their patients because that nose does not look good on everyone. The best rhinoplasty result is a nose that fades into the background when it comes to the face. A balanced nose will allow for other facial features to show.
