This is a brain dump video not a tutorial

Just going over the problems I encountered, how to use their sample demo code to quickly get started and make your own interface.

I used hardware serial pins on the RPi side then software serial on the ESP side via 2 of their 6 GPIO pins.

Remember to disable SSH login via serial if you're using serial as a communication otherwise you'll be fighting that/getting poor reliability of data transfer.
