Released on Irwin Chusid’s outsider music compilation “Songs In The Key Of Z”, volume 4.

As previously stated, this song is dedicated to Michael Ferrucci, who is a guitar player that started playing around 1961, he already is aware of the song and has no idea of who made it. He suspects it’s from a girl who had a crush on him on University, which makes the possible date song this song being around 1977 - 1985, however, this does not rule out the song possibly being made outside of that time range.
