Combining exotic tonewoods with premium pickups and appointments, the limited-edition Rarities Collection creates a truly unique musical experience. The Rarities Flame Koa Top Stratocaster features a two-piece ash body with a flame koa top and a one-piece, quartersawn European maple neck. The custom Tim Shaw overwound 59 gold-foil single-coil pickups are warm and clear, while the Shaw custom Filter’Tron-style humbucking pickup delivers a powerful, articulate voice.

-Two-piece dark grain-filled ash body with figured koa top
-One Tim Shaw-designed humbucking bridge pickup with Filter’tron cover; custom overwound 59 Stratocaster middle and neck pickups with open-top chrome covers and gold foil inserts
-One-piece, quartersawn “Modern C”-shaped European maple neck; 9.5”-radius fingerboard
-Six-point synchronized tremolo bridge; staggered tuners
-Includes vintage-style brown G&G hardshell case
