I’m a trainer. I’m a nutrition specialist. I’m a coach. But I didn’t get here by doing everything “right.” I got here by doing everything obsessively.
I used to track every calorie, every step. I lived in the gym for three hours a day, six days a week, because if I didn’t, it “didn’t count.” I thought I was being dedicated. But what I was really doing was punishing myself.

I know what it’s like to live in that cycle. To have the outside world praise you for your “discipline”… while your nervous system is in a constant state of stress and shame. To feel like the guilt of skipping a workout or eating a cookie is worse than anything that cookie could actually do to your body.
I didn’t just learn how to help people break free from that. I lived it.

Now, I work with people who are still stuck in that loop. Some don’t even know they’re in it. Others are just starting to whisper, “Something doesn’t feel right…”
