Here is the list of the 15 Vice Presidents of the Philippines from Sergio Osmena (Commonwealth) up to Sara Duterte, the current and third woman Vice President of the Philippines.

The Office of the Vice President was first established in 1935 by the ratification of the 1935 Constitution of the Philippines, since then, there are 6 Vice Presidents elected and served until 1972 abolition of this Office due to martial law and ratification of the 1973 Philippine Constitution. After the EDSA People Power, the office of the Vice President is re-established and Salvador Laurel was the first Vice President served after the 1986 Edsa Revolution.
