Based in the Central-West region of Brazil, with members spread across the state of Goiás and the Federal District, Grupo EmpreZa (GE) was founded in 2001 as a study and research group in performance art. Today, it has a vast repertoire of performative actions, happenings, and audiovisual and photographic productions. Among the members of the group are Aishá Kanda, Babidu, Helô Sanvoy, João Angelini, Marcela Campos, Paul Setubal, Paulo Veiga Jordão, Rava and Thiago Lemos. The group explores the inventions and expansions of the body, a theme that has maintained significant resonance in their research.

Dr Bianca Tinoco, a member of the research group Musealização da Arte: Poéticas em Narrativas (engl. Musealisation of Art: Poetics and Narratives), met with Marcela Campos and João Angelini.
