Pancit Cabagan is a pansit version originated from Cabagan, Isabela, Philippines. It can be considered as one of the most popular food in the province. This verson of makes use of miki noodles, karahay, and eggs similar to that of Pancit Batil Patung. However, the eggs are boiled and not poached.
Ingredients:
1 kg Pork (chopped them in bite size)

10 gloves minced garlic (a little bit of amount for cooking and half part of minced garlic must fry for toppings)

soy sauce
quail eggs (bolied)
