ON THE ROAD AGAIN - triathlon training in Lake Tahoe with Quintana Roo

It feels nearly impossible to get in quality workouts while on the road–but it’s a necessity for almost all of us. And this week was no different for us. We had a busy August: made it home from Quebec/Maine; drove up to Lake Tahoe for a photo shoot with Quintana Roo, our bike and wetsuit sponsor; back home 48 hours later for barely a day; then off to Laguna Beach for a wedding weekend. Feels like we’ve been on the road more this year than we’ve been at home. But the show must go on, and the training must get done! So come with us as we train through the madness and have a bit of fun along the way :)
