A video showing how to get the Heavy Handed armor mod. Banshee-44 (the Gunsmith vendor located in the Tower) is currently selling Heavy Handed. Heavy Handed, originally a Season of Dawn armor mod, is now classified as a Charged With Light armor mod in Beyond Light. Here's a chance to grab a mod that you may have missed. I'm currently unaware of another way to acquire Heavy Handed in Destiny 2 right now.

I'm posting this video as an FYI in case players don't check Banshee's daily inventory. Banshee's mod inventory refreshes with each daily reset.

Heavy Handed armor mod primary perk: While Charged with Light, regain half of your melee energy when you use a charged melee ability, consuming one stack of Charged With Light.

Heavy Handed armor mod secondary perk: While surrounded by multiple combatants, defeating a combatant with a Fusion Rifle, Shotgun, Sidearm, or Submachine Gun adds ammo for that weapon to your reserves. Note that for this secondary perk to be active, you must have at least one other Arc mod socketed into the same armor piece OR at least one other Arc Charged With Light mod socketed into another piece of armor you are wearing.

Heavy Handed armor mod cost: 7 Arc energy. You'll need an Arc armor piece capable of slotting Charged With Light mods to equip Heavy Handed.
