A woman with dyslexia has won her discrimination case against Starbucks. Dyslexia is a common learning difficulty that can cause problems with reading, writing and spelling. Victoria Derbyshire spoke to Sean Douglas, Founder of The Codpast, Rosie Edmondson and Louise Green who all suffer from dyslexia and have been discriminated against in the workplace.
