In this video I show how I made the aluminum chassis for my quadruped robot (aka mechDOG) using simple tools and old school methods.
The aluminum part is cut by hand using sharp blade. Sandpaper for smooth finish.

Always use PPE. While sanding aluminum, use a respirator to prevent dust inhalation. Goggles to protect the eyes.
