The PsiCorps division, led by Yuri, and their dangerous psychic technology must be dismantled at its source, regardless of the cost. We ve deployed every available resource, including harnessing temporal anomalies and epiphenomena resulting from the Chronosphere's operations, storing them in highly specialized Paradox Batteries. This latest technology enables us to freeze objects in both time and space. As such, The Paradox Engine, our formidable defensive aircraft, will be able to safely deploy these batteries to bring entire battlefields to a halt in our favor.

Our intelligence on Yuri has been finalized. We believe that he is the singular man in control of all Kremlin politics. Vladimir's testimonials and our own intelligence proves that he launched the MIDAS warhead onto Chicago to frame Vladimir, and his removal in St. Louis only made Yuri's control exponentially stronger. With next to no internal enemies, Yuri has gone unchallenged and put many of his despicable plans into motion.
