Recreating the famous drink from Harry Potter, it can be none other than the Butterbeer, but this time in a frozen form just as Universal studios have done.

Ingredients:
3 scoops (250ml) of full fat Vanilla Ice cream
250ml (8.3oz) Cream Soda
10/15 cream soda ice cubes
Dash of caramel extract (Optional)
Pinch of salt (Optional)
25ml (0.8oz) White Rum (Optional)
Meringue foam or whipped cream to top up with

How to make:
1. Get a glass a butterbeer glass if you have one and rim with toffee sauce.
2. Get a blender and put in 3 scoops of full fat vanilla ice cream.
3. Put cream soda in a ice cube tray and freeze (6-12 hours). Then put 10-15 cream soda ice cubes into the blender.
4. Next ingredient to go in is 250ml of cream soda, then pour 25ml of white rum.
5. Add a drop of caramel extract, then add a pinch of salt.
6. Blend for 10-15 seconds to get it smooth then serve into a butterbeer glass.
7. Top up with meringue foam or whipped cream then add toffee sauce on top.
8. Get a straw and enjoy this delicious recreation from Harry Potter.
