Lamian Noodles 拉面 or hand-pulled noodles are popular soup noodle choices in China. Whilst living in China, we wanted to share with you, what to eat in China and what we eat in China.

These hand-pulled noodles are used in Chinese broths or soups (especially in spicy lamian in China) as well as chow mein or Chaomian as it is written in Pinyin. We visit a local restaurant here in Tianjin, China and try two dishes' one spicy lamian noodles made with these handmade noodles and one tasty tomato chow mein.

What should I eat in China?
This is our new series of videos, sharing with you the local food in Mainland China.
