MacBook Maintenance - Cleaning, Speaker fix, Thermal paste | 5 years and counting

This 5-year-old base model 13" Macbook Pro 2015 started showing signs of aging -- hotter operating temperature and increasingly obvious throttling.
In this video, I'll extend its usable life by cleaning the internals and renewing the thermal paste with a high-performance paste. I also fixed the notorious cracked speakers problem.
I plan to hold on to this MacBook for 2 more years, hoping that the Apple Silicon (ARM) MacBooks will be mature enough by then.
