In this video, Self-Realization Fellowship monk Brother Prafullananda conveys wisdom from Paramahansa Yogananda on how we can find the true happiness we are all seeking by experiencing the presence of the Divine within.

When we give priority to a daily practice of seeking God through meditation, we can discover a joy greater than we ever dreamed possible — in the ever new bliss of the soul. Moreover, by becoming “spiritual business people” — pragmatic and efficient in the way we hold on to that divine happiness — we can lead the most fulfilling and meaningful lives.

This talk, which includes a period of meditation, was given at the SRF temple in Fullerton, California, in August 2022.
