• Avoids certain clothes, uniforms, socks, bedsheets, or towels
• Cries or resists haircuts, nail cutting, bathing, or brushing
• Gets upset when hands get messy or avoids eating with hands
• Constantly touches desks, books, pencils, or nearby objects
• Poor focus because the body feels “uncomfortable”
• Holds a pencil too tightly or too loosely
• Becomes upset with unexpected touch
• Strong emotional reactions to small situations
• Avoids messy play (paint, sand, slime, food textures)
• Struggles with daily grooming routines
