SZP-L pillar structure weld bead rolling machine adopts the new-type design of the rotational structure.Its trolley can be rotated a certain degree manually as the weld bead turns in order to roll the weld bead just on the right position. It is designed to ensure the weld bead will be rolled even though there is a position offset in the welding process,namely the weld bead is not in the normal position.This design succeed to solve this problem.It makes the moving trolley rotate possible,which helps to make the weld bead in the position that can be rolled.It ensures the leveling effect ,lengthen the life of the mandrel and reduce the damage of the inner wall (that caused by being rolled repeatedly in the same position )by improving the mandrel as rotary structure.
