In 2006, I embarked on my real estate journey as an agent, which sets me apart as a podcast owner, thought leader, and broker owner. From 2006 to 2014, I dedicated myself to selling real estate full time. During this period, we established Omaha's Elite Real Estate Group, our flagship team, which experienced remarkable growth with sales skyrocketing from 70 to over 700 in less than six years since its launch in 2011. In 2018, we achieved the remarkable feat of becoming the number one team in the world at Berkshire Hathaway. Subsequently, in 2019, we made the strategic decision to leave Berkshire and swiftly launched a Keller Williams franchise in Omaha, Nebraska. Alongside these endeavors, we also expanded our ancillary businesses, encompassing mortgage, title insurance, property management, development, investing, and elite real estate systems coaching. Excitingly, effective from 2024, all the aforementioned entities underwent a reorganization, specifically an A reorg, similar to a 1031 exchange, allowing us to consolidate these businesses under one umbrella without incurring any tax liabilities.
